Three-Blade Pump Impeller
Powder metallurgy Three-Blade Pump Impeller with a three-blade design for efficient fluid flow and reliable performance.
Brief introduction
Three-Blade Pump Impeller
Our Powder Metallurgy Three-Blade Pump Impellers are manufactured using a precision powder metallurgy process. The three-blade configuration provides a compact and robust design for fluid transfer and pumping applications.
The wide curved blades are formed as an integral part of the impeller body, providing consistent geometry and good dimensional repeatability during mass production.
Key Features
- Powder metallurgy manufacturing
- Three-blade design
- Wide curved blade profile
- Integrated blade and hub construction
- Good dimensional consistency
- Efficient material utilization
- Compact and robust structure
- Suitable for high-volume production
- Custom designs available
Three-Blade Design
This impeller features three wide curved blades arranged around the central bore.
The blade geometry is designed to rotate with the pump shaft and transfer mechanical energy to the working fluid. The actual flow rate, pressure and efficiency depend on the impeller dimensions, blade profile, rotational speed and pump housing.
The blade geometry can therefore be customized according to the customer’s application and pump specifications.
Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing
Powder metallurgy is well suited to producing pump impellers in medium- and high-volume applications.
The process offers:
- Near-net-shape manufacturing
- High material utilization
- Reduced material waste
- Consistent part-to-part quality
- Reduced machining requirements
- Repeatable dimensional accuracy
- Flexible material selection
- Efficient mass production
The powder metallurgy process can also form complex three-dimensional geometries that would require more machining when produced from conventional bar stock.
Applications
This type of pump impeller can be used in:
- Oil pumps
- Fluid pumps
- Lubrication systems
- Industrial pumping equipment
- Automotive components
- Motorcycle components
- Fluid circulation systems
- Custom mechanical pump assemblies
